His brief career journey: Joydeep’s connection with two biggest global companies over last 28+ years has been remarkable. First with Whirlpool corporation, a $23 billion company which is 3rd largest globally in consumer products and currently PepsiCo, a $80 billion company, a largest FMCG globally and the most ethical company for 16 years in a row. His work with Whirlpool in opening 200 modern service centres with centrally controlled software design has given him many accolades & awards.

Joydeep is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) & certified independent director recognised by MCA/IICA. He is also part of the CPD organisation.

Joydeep is Electronics & communication engineer (gold medallist) Fellow member of IOE and has received Post Graduate Degree in Management Studies (PGDMS). He has also been a visiting Professor at IIPM – Ahmedabad. With a strong background in Global multinational companies, Jaydip has completed short & long-term courses in Leadership, Finance, Sustainability, ISO-9001, Supply Chain Management, CSR & project management from leading & Global Universities & institutions. To name some are IIT-D, IIM B, IIMC, IIML etc. Joydeep has also completed on-site courses in various topics in cities like Athens, Bangkok, Dubai & Cairo. He has competed many time bound projects in India and abroad involving more than 2000 people. Joydeep’s knowledge in ESG, Sustainability, Workplace Integrity, D&I implementation has made him a distinguished member in every organisation. He has skills and experience required to provide valuable input and guidance to boards of directors. He has extensive knowledge in the field of Law, Administration, Corporate Governance, Technical Operations, Good Manufacturing Practices and Statutory permissions.
